I was really impressed with how patient and kind everyone was during the whole process of my Camaro purchase at Don Franklin Burkesville. The evening that I picked up my car was late because I am a school teacher, and I had been tutoring after school. But, I never felt rushed. Mr. Dowdy, my salesperson, was thorough, kind and knowledgeable about helping me understand my car. He was happy for me. I really appreciate the time and effort (at least an hour) that he took to help me learn about the uniqueness of my vehicle. The finance officer was extremely helpful and gracious as well. She explained the payment options and other products which I felt I needed. I had ordered stripes to go on my Camaro. Mr. Dowdy and Mr. Brett, the supervisor, were very thoughtful and wise to ensure that I was getting the right stripes that I wanted. It was a late night for everyone. I did not get to the dealership until 6:30 at least. And, I drove off the lot around 9:00. I was so pleased and impressed that the whole staff stayed so long to help one customer. They're a wonderful and special group of people.

The process did not take all day to complete as I have experienced in the past from other dealerships.
